I have known and worked with Marty Raymond for several years before starting his own construction company. It did not take me long to realize his potential. He exhibited a keen interest in wanting to know and understand all facets of the business. His primary concern was always keeping the best interest of the homebuyer at heart. Marty has carried that principal through to his own company. This, in my opinion, has been the key to his success. Now, I know he couldn’t achieve success on empathy alone.
